TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

All support calls/enquires are managed through the Maximum Networks service desk – including updates, resolutions, remote diagnostics and onsite support. The service desk also carries out any remote programming requests, name changes, re-routing DDI numbers, voicemail support and general technical advice.

If you currently have no maintenance solution in place the following charges are applicable:

Call-out (inc. 2 hours), hourly rate thereafter (please ring Maximum Networks for all prices on 0330 102 7444).

Maximum Networks can offer both standard and fully bespoke maintenance support for your telecommunication equipment.
